GrowthBI is a Modern Data Analytics Consultancy helping leadership teams at fast-growing companies in Australia and the US. We work closely with C-suite executives and Heads of Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to build data infrastructure and dashboards to provide insights.
We specialise in Power BI and Looker for dashboarding. To set up a modern data stack, we use tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, dbt, and Azure Data Factory. Our team is fully remote. Management team is in Melbourne, Australia, and Gurgaon, India.

Roles We’re Hiring For

Data Analytics Consultant
(Dashboarding + SQL)
What You’ll Do:

Build dashboards with complex data models in Power BI or Looker.

Write scalable SQL queries; optimize existing logic.

Understand business goals and translate them into data stories.

Occasionally help in pipeline setup (bonus).
-
Document solutions for internal and client use.
What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst or BI consultant.

Power BI and SQL skills (mandatory).

Experience working with business teams; strong communication.

Bonus: Exposure to tools like dbt, Airbyte, Fivetran, or Python.
Data Engineering Consultant
(Pipelines + Integration)
What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain data pipelines using tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, ADF.

Execute API integrations; write clean and scalable Python scripts.

Design and manage schema for reporting layers.

Collaborate with analysts to ensure clean data delivery.
What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering roles.

Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).

Solid grasp of Python, SQL, and REST APIs.

Project Manager
Data Analytics (Dashboarding + SQL)
What You’ll Do:

Lead engaging client sessions, share updates, and ensure every dashboard in Power BI (Looker or Tableau) delivers a “wow” moment.
What You Bring

Minimum 8 years of experience managing BI, data, or analytics projects.

Strong understanding of Power BI and SQL workflows.

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and client communication.

Experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Slack etc.

Bonus: Worked in analytics consulting, start-ups, or client-facing roles.
